With the button below you could also pay accommodation balances and consumptions at the end of your stay before leaving if you prefer this form of payment. Please note that for each payment you make, you must send the receipt of your transfer to reservas@savannalodge.co or to WhatsApp. Referring to your reservation number which is generated by the booking engine once you complete your reservation.

The money paid for reservations is not refundable, given the complex operating conditions, any reservation made generates immediate expenses that we must cover in the same way. For this reason, any reservation made that you want to cancel will not be refunded, but it is possible to change the date for days where the same rates apply at no cost and depending on availability.

Reservation modifications and/or cancellations must be received by e-mail and will be effective from the date they are received at  reservas@savannalodge.co. No refunds will be granted in case of non-arrival or for services or nights not used. All payments will be considered non-refundable, even in case of force majeure.
